Submitting a notice
Email dmca@techmallow.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with a URL).
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent required information.
